Nestled in the heart of the city, Rangoli is the vision of Chef Vikram Rathore — a culinary artist who traded Michelin-starred kitchens in London for a single purpose: to share the authentic, soulful flavors of his grandmother's kitchen.

Every spice is hand-sourced from family farms in Kerala and Punjab. Every curry is slow-cooked for hours, layering flavors the way they've been layered for generations. We don't just cook Indian food — we honor it.
